Our whole business objective is based upon making lifestyle coaching as affordable as possible by utilising innovative technology to reduce the cost of delivering our services. Through the use of our app, affordability is achieved by enabling remote access to a coaching Ceed team, which also ensures that our time, which will be an expensive component of the business model, is used very efficiently.

Research shows that people who are held accountable by positive peer pressure demonstrate an increase in their chances of being successful. A direct influence from our Ceed team acts as positive role models that will encourage healthy habits.

Almost anything you can think of, tailored to you! Here are some examples of habits we can track and the evidence you could submit to us.

  • Weight Lifting: A photograph of the gym or a screenshot of your workout app.
  • Early Bird: A message to your coach to prove that you are awake at the scheduled alarm time.
  • Outdoor Cardio: A screenshot of a GPS route such as Strava.
  • Eating Healthy: A photo of your healthy lunch.
  • Reading: A photo of the page you are currently on.
  • Supplements: A photo of your supplements before you take them.
  • Meditation: A screenshot of your meditation setup or app screenshot.
  • Journaling: A photo of your journal (you don’t have to show us what’s written inside).
  • Daily Design Practice: A photo of the design you made.
  • Daily Coding Practice: A screenshot of your git commit.
  • Your evidence can be as creative as you want and does not need to include anything that is invading your privacy. The evidence you send us is deleted immediately.

Absolutely not! You can specify the frequency of your habit check-ins depending on your goals.
